Our services

Individual Therapy

We take a client-centered approach to individual therapy that considers your unique experience in the world. We understand that mental health challenges don't exist in a vacuum - we are impacted by messages from our upbringing and family-of-origin in addition to social norms and pressures. We will examine these messages as well as the role of guilt and shame and provide tools so that you can increase mindful self-compassion.

Group Therapy

Emma Bonilla, LCPC, PMH-C supports new moms navigating maternal mental health challenges through the Mama League. During her maternal mental health session, she shares knowledge, interventions, and resources with new moms to understand and address postpartum anxiety and depression, reduce mom guilt, and increase healthy coping strategies.

Couples Therapy

Relationships are integral to feeling safe and connected in this world. Something can happen where that trust becomes damaged or questioned, leaving couples feeling unstable in their relationship. We utilize evidence-based support through Gottman and Emotionally-Focused Couples therapy frameworks to support couples in their relationship journey.

Consultation

We provide consultation services for emerging clinicians pursuing LPC and LCPC licensure and in need of support on this process, individuals looking to hone your clinical skills, individuals navigating the perinatal mental health space, and those who are looking to start a private practice.
